This website and store are operated by Korra Lab SG Pte Ltd (“Korra Lab”, “we”, “us” or “our”). We offer this website, including all information, content, tools, products and services available from it (the “Services”), to you, the customer, conditioned upon your acceptance of these terms. Korra Lab is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

Please read these Terms of Service (these “Terms”) carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights, including warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability. By visiting, interacting with, or purchasing anything from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not access or use the Services.

1. Eligibility, Accounts & Orders

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or that you have given us your consent to allow any minor dependents to use the Services. When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at our discretion, and your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and receive payment. We may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted, so please review your order carefully before submitting.

2. Products, Pricing & Availability

All products sold through the Services are dietary supplements offered exclusively online. We have made every effort to represent our products accurately, but colours and appearance may differ depending on your device. We do not warrant that any product will meet your expectations or match how it appears on your screen.

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed, as set out in your order confirmation. Unless expressly stated, posted prices exclude taxes, shipping, handling and any customs or import charges. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to discontinue any product at any time.

Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.

3. Shipping & Delivery

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

4. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all trademarks, brands, text, graphics, images, product reviews, video, audio, and the selection and arrangement thereof, are owned by Korra Lab SG Pte Ltd, its affiliates or licensors, and are protected by Singapore and foreign intellectual property laws. These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, download, store or transmit any material on the Services without our prior written consent. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

5. Third-Party Tools & Links

We may provide access to third-party tools and hyperlinks to third-party websites “as is” and “as available”, without warranties, endorsement, or control. Any use is entirely at your own risk, and you should review the relevant third party’s terms and policies. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, products or policies of any third-party site, and are not liable for any harm arising from your access to or transactions on those sites.

6. Relationship with Shopify

Korra Lab is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Korra Lab. You acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sale between you and Korra Lab, including any injury, damage or loss resulting from purchased products, and you release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims arising from your purchases and transactions with Korra Lab.

7. Feedback

If you submit any ideas, suggestions, feedback or reviews (“Feedback”), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute and display that Feedback in any medium for any purpose, including commercial use. We are under no obligation to keep Feedback confidential, to pay for it, or to respond to it. You represent that you own or have the rights to your Feedback and that it will not violate any third-party right or any law. We may, but are not obliged to, monitor, edit or remove Feedback we consider objectionable in our sole discretion.

You may access and use the Services for lawful purposes only. You may not use the Services: for any unlawful or malicious purpose; to violate any laws or regulations; to infringe our or others’ intellectual property rights; to harass, abuse or harm any person; to transmit false or misleading information or spam; to impersonate any person or entity; to upload viruses or malicious code; to collect or track the personal information of others; to scrape or use automated means to access the Services; or to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Services. The Services may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges or availability. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO CASE SHALL KORRA LAB SG PTE LTD, OUR PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS OR LICENSORS, OR THOSE OF SHOPIFY, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA OR REPLACEMENT COSTS, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS PROCURED THROUGH THEM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Korra Lab SG Pte Ltd, Shopify, and our respective affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities or claims, including reasonable legal fees, payable to any third party arising out of: (1) your breach of these Terms or any documents they incorporate by reference; (2) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; or (3) your access to and use of the Services.

We will notify you of any indemnifiable claim, provided that a failure to promptly notify will not relieve you of your obligations unless you are materially prejudiced. We may control the defence and settlement of any such claim at your expense, but will not settle any claim requiring non-monetary obligations from you without your consent (not to be unreasonably withheld). You will cooperate in the defence of indemnified claims.

13. Termination & Survival

We may terminate this agreement or your access to the Services (or any part of them) in our sole discretion at any time without notice, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination. The following sections survive termination: Intellectual Property, Feedback, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Termination & Survival, General, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive.

14. General

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. If any provision is found unlawful, void or unenforceable, it will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them without our prior written consent; we may assign or transfer these Terms without consent or notice to you. These Terms, together with any policies posted by us, constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede any prior agreements, including any prior versions of these Terms. Any ambiguities will not be construed against the drafting party.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and any separate agreements under which we provide you Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You and Korra Lab submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
