After consuming for a month, I can see that my face looks brighter. I hope to see improvement on the redness of my face n the melasma reduced.
I am still experiencing hot flashes on and off, and my mood changes easily at times. I also had leg cramps twice recently. However, I have noticed that my sleep has improved significantly.

I have just finished the first bottle so I can’t expect good results with just a bottle to be fair. I noted less hot flushes , belly issue did improved a little and noticeable better sleep. Appetite wise, less tendency to snack. I would encourage those with menopause issue to try the product and take at least 3 bottles , not a bottle and expect miracle.
