Finished 2 bottles and feeling calm and stable. Need to consume for longer period to find out if improvement of symptoms are bcos of supplement or simply cyclical.

I started taking since May 2026. Because I noticed that my belly just will not reduce even though I exercise and eat less. It has been 3 months. I noticed the weight gain is more controlled and my sleep quality is improving. Will continue to monitor the results.

Took this at night before sleep and woke up next day slimmer, less hard around the waist, 38yr old here.
Saw good reviews and bought 2 bottles for my peri menopausal stage. Had been having skin dryness, mood swings, emotional and prone to infection lately. Instructions said to consume 2 tablets, I start with 1. For the first 3 days, after consuming, I had slight headache which lasted couple of hours upon taking. But after 3 days the headache didnt appear. I read that it could be due to guts sensitivity initially so would cause headache etc. But after taking it for 2 weeks, I find that my skin isnt so dry and my hormones feel much better. Would buy again if run out.
I do not see any effect after consuming, likewise for the menopause capsules.

I just finished 1 bottle so can't say much yet. Still got 2 bottles to clear. Hasn't seen much improvement on my freckles.
Takes a few weeks to consistently see the results but definitely feeling a lot more energetic compared to before. Will re purchase for sure!
