Unfortunately after almost 3 weeks of taking , I still get up a couple of time in the middle of the night around 1 and 4 a.m.
I am not sure claims made by Korra is substantiated.

Finishing 3rd bottle, didn’t see any reduction on waistline, weight, sleep as indicated in other reviews.
I have just finished my first bottle but so far, haven't seen much chanes in terms of my hot flash, insomnia and reduction in menobelly. Lets hope 🤞 I can see the changes when I'm my second bottle.
I noticed skin and pigments were lighten in just the first month of use. I also started to take it during my beach travels and I did not experience burns as I usually do when out in the sun. Will continue to use.

Had been taking Vitamin D3 + K2 for few weeks together with Calcium + Magnesium. Was recommended to take these 2 supplements together.
