Used to have recurrent infections even after having two separate courses of antibiotics and anti-fungal medication from the doctors. Started taking VeFlora after the last course of antibiotic medication for the targeted probiotics and it has kept the infections away for three months thus far. Once, I forgot to take VeFlora for a while and it looked like an infection was coming back after my period. I quickly resumed taking it and the infection went away.

I could never find the right supplements for peri-menopause. Believe you me, I've tried a few. Most of them do not have any significant effects that I could feel.
