Just started on one bottle and feeling positive effects as my stomach issues start to gradually improve and the bloating is not as severe. Shall continue for the next few weeks and months and hope this keeps up.

I've been researching B complex supplements for months because I have the MTHFR gene variant. Most products on the market cut corners by using folic acid (the synthetic form) and cyanocobalamin (the cheapest form of B12). This product uses L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate and methylcobalamin, which are the biologically active forms. I also appreciate that B6 is in the P-5-P form. The price is higher than the drugstore brands but you're paying for quality that your body can actually use.
The bright yellow urine freaked me out at first lol. But its completely harmless. The supplement itself is great for my methylation support, my doctor told me to look for the methylated forms and this has them.
